I am a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor. I teach my clients all over the world how to overcome fears, anxieties and depression and optimise their immune system with breathing techniques and gradual cold exposure through my wellness company, The Breathing Lab.
I am a father to the most amazing son, Apollo who is 9 years old.
In my spare time I like to travel the world with my fiancé Stefeni, who is based in New York at the moment. We are getting married in Sardinia in September.
